• Mold can be found in many places inside and outside the home
• Keeping your home dry can prevent mold, rotting, rust, cracks, chips, and peeling paint
• Common places to find mold include walls, ceilings, windowsills, flooring, bathrooms, basements, air vents, washing machines, and other damp surfaces or household items
• Signs and symptoms of mold allergic reaction include sneezing, runny nose, red eyes, skin rash, and asthma attacks
• To avoid mold, keep your home dry, report leaks right away, scrub off mold, and hang dry wet clothes and towels
